After gaining a bunch weight during quarantine I look like this (not my pic but the closest i could find)
Loose 50 pounds atleast Loose some weight Loose a little Stay like this Gain 10 Gain 25 Gain 50+
I eat and snack almost the whole day. Atleast 4 meals with atleast 4 snacks
To much you should have like 2 meals 2 meals and maybe 1 snack You shouldnt eat more than 3 meals 4 meals are fine Eat more atleast5
I gained about 30 pounds in last 4 months (unintentionally). I should:
Workout more and stop eating so much Workout a little and eat a little less Stay the same Eat more

I like being chubby but I am getting fat and its starting to bother me sometimes. What should I do
