Scenario:You are home alone and you are desperate to poop. You are not sure whether you can make it. You only take several steps until you stop as your pants start to bulge.

sit on a flat surface and really push for 15 seconds. If you feel it coming, don't try and stop it.

 
 
 

4)

sit on the toilet fully clothed and completely relax

 
 
 

5)

lie flat on your stomach and push for 20 seconds

 
 
 

6)

squat and push for 10 seconds

 
 
 

7)

sit on a chair and push as hard as you can

 
 
 

8)

stand up and push hard for 30 seconds

 
 
 

9)

Sit on the toilet fully clothed and push as if you were pooping on the toilet

In these questions, you have to try and poop yourself. Go onto your knees and stick your butt in the air. Now try and push the poop out

bend your knees slightly and try and push it out

 
 
 

12)

Go back down onto your stomach and try and poop

 
 
 

13)

spread your legs out and try and fill your pants

 
 
 

14)

squat and try and mess yourself

 
 
 

15)

Sit on the toilet fully clothed once again but do not come back until you have pooped yourself a bit.

Now stand up and push it all out
