a guy walks into a tattoo shop, and the tatto artist says,"hello sir, what would you like, and where at?"

the guy says, "i want i want a tattoo."

tattoo artist: "you want a tattoo? Well what and where?"

Artist: you want a hundred dollar bill on your thing? Why?"
