i like it but at the end of my routine is that spanish?? I do cardio before i hit the gym/ do my routine naa im bulking

no 2 or 3 all of them

5-10 lbs 15-20 lbs 25-30 lbs more than 40 lbs over 100 lbs (just to warmup)
How much does it takes you to complete your routine?
half our one hour 1 1/2 hour more than 2 hrs

yes all the time sometimes never

biceps triceps shoulders chest back legs abs all of them

forever bulking brah forever cutting dont care im ok ;)

yep no im too lazy im getting there ( motivated good) your routine is my warmup b**ch

12 or less 13- 15 16-18 +18 it doesnt matter if you are healthy
