just realised 2 spelling errors. its Pulaski [according to the trekkie test, which I assume is correct ] and smeg.
i didnt do the spelling mistake deliberately so i could say smeg again..... :? *looks shifty*

Hmm... well, Tom Baker was pretty cool, and he did have a multicoloured scarf...

But I'm gonna have to go with David Tennant. I find his crazy eyebrow raising and overenthusiastic voice rather entertaining. Plus he wears a pinstripe suit with sneakers. You just don't get cooler than that. Not that I judge people by appearance or anything...
