Cancer baldness is more evident though because no hair grows anywhere on their head, not just the top.
So we leave those ones alone, because cancer is generally not laughable.

Cancer baldness only stems from Chemotherapy I thought!

It does.
The type of radiation that is used in chemotherapy is meant to attack only rapidly reproducing cells within the body.
Unfortunately the cells involving your hair growth are exactly that.
