I know this is a few days late but I have been busy.
So apparently heath ledger died from an overdose of several different prescribed medications all mixed together.
I for one will definitely miss seeing him in movies, he was one that I liked in almost everything he did.
I heard via the net that they were thinking about not releasing the dark knight movie because of his death and I think that is completely insane. Either 1: they think that people will not respond well to the joker's probable death in the movie or 2: they are using it as a popularity boost (which will happen even without the possible cancellation). Either way they will put the movie out in the end, it is Heath's last movie and it is only right that everyone get to enjoy it, I am sure his performance is good.
OK, so outrage number two (and by far the worse of the two).
Some UNKIND WORD s are, from what I have gathered, trying to basically boycot Heath's funeral due to the fact that he played a gay man in Brokekback Mountain. That is completely and totally the single most douchebag-like thing I have ever seen someone try to do. It is of the same caliber as that evangelical family who protests soldiers funerals because they are part of an army that allows gay soldiers to fight, "fag enablers" as they say. I think these people trying to mess up someone's funeral should be shot down (metaphorically) and publicly shamed for having nothing better to do that grasp at straws for something to be angry about. Anyway, Heath Ledger will be remembered by many I am sure and his acting abilities will be sorely missed.
