I don't like him either, just the "BAM!" thing he does. If I were forced to pick a chef to cook for me though it would be Gordon Ramsay or that black guy from that show "Chef!".

Well, I'd just like to say that Emeril is the man! He knows how to cook like a man should, not using those mamby-pamby measuring spoons and cups!! Just throw in a little here, little there.... that's how cooking was meant to be done. BAM!

i like the fact that "Chef at Large" is called "Chef at Large"... he's an entertaining chef... in a sense. Mostly because of his height and cheeriness/interest, i guess...

I like the BAM guy. He's funny, but he looks like he just makes up the recipes on the spot. Almost like it just comes into his head like BAM!
